Should I refinance if I plan on selling my home and thus moving soon?

No. Refinancing of any mortage has some level of costs. Most lenders charge fees or closing costs to refinance a loan. So, if you plan to  move within the next year you should NOT refinance. Any plans to move within the next two years should be discussed with your loan officer to determine if a refinance would benefit you.
